Another Collapse Leads to Old Firm Defeat

Indeed, were it not for wastefulness in front of goal they could have been better than 1-0 up. “I saw enough other than the fact that we haven’t scored a second goal,” he said. “I acknowledge that we lost, but it's important to stay objective.

“The performance we had at certain moments was really, really, really high. This is the reality. I could not say that if it was different. Therefore, in terms of results, I noted this is the same story. For that reason I believe a change is coming to getting it right. But for the moment: details, details, details.”

“I saw many, many good things that we did, as was the case today. However it’s about sustaining it. My outlook would be different if it was not the case. That’s why I am convinced we’re going to be able to fix this.”

Röhl’s Cautious Stance

Danny Röhl played down talk of a serious challenge even after what felt like a huge result. “We take it game by game, and we can really build up momentum,” he said. “The faith in the team is outstanding.”
